Frequently Asked Questions
What goes into an initial assessment?
Our trainer guides you through a series of tests to evaluate your mobility, movement patterns, connective exercises, and muscle imbalances. Your personalized workout program is made based on those results.
What programs do you offer?
Our programs are customized to your goals, but we did prepare highlighted ones for an example of what to expect. Read more about them on our Programs page.
How do you measure program success?
Success is different for everyone, so we base progress on your own initial assessment. Which areas are improving? Do you want to see more growth in other places? The only person you’re competing with is yourself, and we’ll be your biggest supporter throughout this journey.
What’s the pricing for programs?
We begin with a free consultation where we can discuss your budget. Our plans are personalized, so there’s no set fee.

Does every workout program include nutrition coaching?
We offer nutrition coaching as an add-on to any program. Our trainer has a Sports Nutrition Coach certification (NSPA), which means he can give recommendations to optimize results. If you’re looking for a complete meal plan program, we can refer you to a nutritionist.
How do you show dedication to your clients?
We show up with a positive attitude and work right alongside you. Our clients aren’t just another number, but our top priority. Clear communication also helps this partnership work for everyone. Our trainer has been through this process himself, and a dedicated mentor truly makes all the difference.
How many clients do you take at a time?
We can train small groups (3-5) depending on the program and participants. However, we specialize in one-on-one training. Please contact us for more information if you have an interest in small group training sessions.
What’s the time commitment?
That’s all up to you. We’ll put together a program based on your schedule and current fitness level. It’s important to start at a manageable level to avoid injury and then work up.
